A letter to my little Krishna...

My Dear little Krishna, you are turning 2 today and yes its been 2 yrs since I had an undisturbed sleep and since my phone was kept on high volume.

I am accustomed to watch videos on mute and the carts of ecommerce sites are already loaded with your items only.

"Intha nimidam Neeyum valarnthu Ennai thaanga yenginen

Adutha kanamae kuzhanthaiyaaga Endrum irukka vendinen"

As rightly penned ,i wish to see you as a grownup soon (so that my sleep cycle would be normal) yet  i wish you to remain the same to enjoy your innocence.

From, you being spotted as a dot on the scan report to becoming a Boss baby in the home now, the Days pass by so fast.

The feeling I get is priceless whenever you say amma.

Your Actions make me realize that the kids would follow rather actions than words.

The thoughts of how we gonna bring you up as a respectable and responsible person in the society always linger in our mind as I always question my parenting.

Man, you never fail to keep us on our toes.

we often relate to the Tamil movie dialogues "6 maniku mela ivan avadharame vera" ,whenever somebody tells you as chamathu and "1 latcha rooba contract da manalli potraadeenga" when somebody talks so loud when you are sleeping.

Your actions make me feel that getting a degree is not a real struggle but the parenting is. Yes, we do learn a lot every single day and grow along with you.

"Life is beautiful""...and its even more for us with you....

Every mother undergoes different kinds of emotions during parenting which is never ending and whatever we do is no lesser than others. We are doing a great job and never loose heart because  we do this for a beautiful soul who just smiles and come back only to us ,even we show little disappointments towards them. :)

Dedicating this to all moms and mom-to be...
